Am I Rude? Or Creative?

My fiancée was telling someone about her first colonoscopy. Apparently the doctor decided to do it without using anesthesia. As a result, my fiancée was screaming in pain and writhing about as the nurses suggested to the doctor that something might be amiss.

So I sang the old jingle: “Roto-Rooter, that’s the name!”

So I ask the title question again: Am I rude or creative?
