My best estimate is that so far this year I’ve had two dozen “wrong number” messages, either by text, WhatsApp, or telegram. They keep trying, and I keep trying to be amused by it, but sometimes they just don’t want to play. For example:
No further response. This one got a little farther., after I used AI for my initial response.
Just one final word here; this isn’t a wrong number text but it amazes me how the scammers keep trying, but aren’t doing very well in some cases. Here are two posts one after another on Threads.
